1. Introductory Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") regulate the legal relationship between the service provider – wolfandpartnersinc.com ("Provider") – and the client ("Client") when ordering services through the website. By using the website or ordering services, the Client agrees to these GTC.

2. Subject of the Contract

The Provider undertakes to facilitate company formation and other services abroad according to the Client's requirements. The specific scope, price, and conditions are specified in the order or offer.

3. Order and Conclusion of Contract

The order becomes binding after confirmation by email or by signing the offer by the Provider. The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the order.

4. Price and Payment Terms

Prices are stated in the offer or order. The invoice is due within 30 days of issuance. In the event of delay, the Provider is entitled to charge late payment interest according to applicable legislation.

5. Obligations of the Parties

  • The Client must provide the Provider with all necessary documents and cooperation for the service realization.
  • The Provider shall perform services with professional care and in accordance with legal regulations.
  • The Client is obliged to pay for the services within the agreed period.

6. Liability and Complaints

The Provider is not liable for errors in documents provided by the Client. Complaints can be submitted within 5 working days of service delivery or document issuance, in writing by email.

7. Personal Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by separate data protection policies (GDPR), available at /gdpr.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or non-fulfillment of obligations caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, legal obstacles).

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court according to the Provider's registered office.

10. Final Provisions

The Provider reserves the right to amend the GTC. Changes become effective 15 days after being published on the website. By continuing to use the website or services, the Client agrees to the updated GTC.
