1. Right to Erasure of Data

The user has the right to request the deletion of all their personal data processed in connection with the use of our application or web service. This deletion also applies to data on our servers, databases, and third-party services, if such services process data based on our consent.

Instructions for Deleting Personal Data:

If you wish to delete all your data from our systems, please contact us at: office@wolfandpartnersinc.com and use "Request for Data Deletion" as the subject.

2. How to Request Deletion

Users can request data deletion in two ways:

• via the app – in the settings, there is an option “Delete Data”
• or via the web – a delete data link is available on our website, where you can fill out an online form

3. Identity Verification

To protect against unauthorized requests, we may verify the identity of the applicant (e.g., by sending an email to confirm the request).

4. Deletion Timeframes

After identity verification, we will carry out data deletion without undue delay, and at the latest within 30 days of receiving the request, in accordance with GDPR (Art. 17).

5. Exceptions

Some data may be retained based on legal obligations or legitimate interest (e.g., tax documents, fraud prevention). In such cases, we will inform the user and mark the data as kept solely for that purpose.

6. Confirmation of Deletion

Upon successful deletion, the user will be notified by email or within the app.
